Phyllis is originally from Stephenville and attended Tarleton State University. She is married with 3 children and 5 grand-children. She is consistantly a Multimillion Dollar Producer, and was awarded the 2004 Stephenville Association of Realtor's "Top Farm & Ranch Producer". Phyllis enjoys spending time with her family and interior decorating. She and her husband have remodeled many homes and have built seven new homes. They own a ranch 10 miles North of Stephenville.
